The “From Campus to Industry: Career Route” event, organized by the Business Club of Bartın University, was held on May 12, 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The event began at 1:30 p.m. with an opening speech delivered by the Dean of the Faculty, Metin Saban. Following the opening remarks, university students met with industry representatives and gained valuable insights into career planning.

The event consisted of three sessions. In the first session, İslam Çağrı Sarıkaya, Regional Sales Manager of DAXLER Energy & Investment, shared his experiences regarding career planning in marketing and entrepreneurship. In the second session, Serkan Kürtüncü, Marketing Manager at Emlak Katılım Bankası, delivered a comprehensive presentation on career opportunities in finance and banking. In the third and final session, Aynur Yan Özdemir, Supply Chain Director at Creavit Türkiye, provided information on career development in the supply and logistics sector.

The event attracted significant interest from participants, and students from Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University also attended as guests. At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to the speakers by the Rector of Bartın University, Orhan Uzun; the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Yaşar Öz; and faculty member Pınar Çelebi Demirarslan.

Participants stated that they found the event highly beneficial, and “From Campus to Industry: Career Route” was regarded as a productive event that contributed to students’ career planning.
