About us

The core philosophy of the Business Administration department is to impart qualified knowledge to students in a contemporary and advanced educational environment that emphasizes a global perspective, in line with the requirements of evolving business approaches. In an environment characterized by constant change, business processes, methods, and strategies must focus on coping with this change. The increasing dynamics of the business world necessitate a more complex and flexible mental approach to management.

The Business Administration department aims to prioritize collaborative education with management sciences, economics, social sciences, and other disciplines to succeed in global competition. The program aims to harness students' skills for the development of the country and business life by first identifying these skills. Supporting students' social development and fostering effective communication skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship to excel in business life are among its primary objectives. With an innovative and competitive approach, the department supports graduate studies in an integrated manner with both the region and the world, equipping graduates with flexible management skills.

In this context, the main objective of the Business Department is to educate "managers or managerial candidates" who can analyze problems encountered in the business world through contemporary management approaches, offer rational and scientific solutions, possess the knowledge to establish their own workplaces, make decisions based on scientific data, and remain open to contemporary ideas and developments. In preparing course plans, the needs of national and international organizations are considered, and current course programs are continuously reviewed and updated in line with the perspectives of faculty members who have expertise in their field. The fundamental aim of our programs is to educate individuals equipped with up-to-date knowledge, skills, and abilities in their field, adhering to ethical principles, and possessing creative and research-oriented personalities.

The Business Administration program offers students the opportunity to specialize in management-organization, accounting-finance, and production-marketing fields, making them one of the most significant human resources for our country in areas needed by both public and private sectors, including marketing, production, accounting, finance, and management-organization. Our curriculum not only encompasses theoretical education but also includes courses based on current business issues, delivered by experienced faculty members in the field. Students also have the opportunity to intern at various organizations if they wish. Additionally, through ERASMUS, MEVLANA, and FARABI exchange programs, students have the opportunity to study abroad for at least one semester.
