Education Process
The undergraduate program in Business Administration consists of 8 semesters, covering a 4-year period. The academic year consists of two terms of 14 weeks each, including examination periods. The curriculum is designed in accordance with the fundamentals of education in strategy and change management, organizational theory, production management, economics, financial management, accounting, marketing, management science, human resource management, and management information systems. Teaching methods are organized to equip students with the ability to solve problems they will encounter in their professional lives. Upon successful completion of the compulsory courses specified in the course plan, along with a minimum number of elective courses, earning at least 240 ECTS credits, and maintaining a GPA of 2.00/4, students are eligible to graduate from the department. Additionally, students may benefit from the double major program, where they can continue their education simultaneously in another department, or the minor program, where they can partially participate in undergraduate education in another department closely related to their major.
Career Fields
Our Business Administration program aims to educate future managers and administrators for the business world in both public and private sectors through a contemporary business education program. Graduates of the business program will have a broad perspective on the functioning, functions, and decision-making process of businesses. Our graduates can work in various management positions in both public and private sectors. They can work in areas such as marketing-sales, money and capital markets, banking and insurance, finance, financial institutions, international trade (import-export), procurement, accounting - financial consulting, public relations, production and planning, management consulting, human resources management, and customs consultancy. In addition, our undergraduate graduates can take part in the academic staff of universities by completing their postgraduate studies.
